Heartbreaking journey of the worst case of neglected dog to starving almost death!!

This is a new boy that was brought into the shelter like this---they got him to our Dr Zue and they can do some things for him at the clinic--but his injuries are severe and we will need major diagnostics to see what his injuries are and if they can be fixed--he might have a shoulder injury or maybe spinal--we do not know---he has been laying so long he also has wounds --he should weigh at least about 50 and weighs about 20--so he may have been injured and laying somewhere for a while---We do not shy away from the hard cases and always will try and if we think it is the right thing to do--this boy is young only about 2-3 and even in this shape he is eating and drinking and trying to live--so we will fight with him.
